ARE YOU REGISTERED?

Even though we are a small business, Rea's Alchemies is a registered food business, and hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate. All products are homemade, in a clean, sanitised and pet-free kitchen.

DO YOU COOK WITH ALLERGENS?

Yes. Please note that we use eggs, nuts, flour and other possible allergens in our kitchen so please get in touch if you have an allergy, as we do take orders with special dietary requirements.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM BOXES OR CAKES?

Yes! Please get in touch if you want a custom box or a cake made, however the enquiry has to be made at least 14 days in advance to agree the design requirements. Please note that cakes cannot be posted. They can be collected or delivered within a radius in West London.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Important: All orders, unless otherwise stated, are prepared on weekends and shipped out on Mondays. Some rush orders may be shipped on Thursdays, when possible.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer FREE standard courier delivery accross the U.K., meaning your order will be delivered in 2-3 working days from the shipping date. We also offer Next Day delivery (from shipping date) for an extra fee of £3. Please choose you shipping option on checkout. If you require an order to be delivered on a specific date please choose Next Day delivery as it is the only way we can guarantee delivery on a specific day.
